Women and Weights 101

***Every 2nd TUESDAY of each month***
This class is for WOMEN who desire to learn basic understanding of why women need to gain or maintain lean, muscle mass, resistance training principles and how to create muscle growth (hypertrophy) using different modalities (body weight, free weights, bands). In class activities will be done.
Please wear comfortable attire for exercise. Instructors are not responsible for onsite personal injuries. Adults ONLY, 18 yrs and older.
